      • We are also able to assist you with complex immigration applications such as Business Visas. The fee for complex applications can vary depending on numerous factors. Please contact us to discuss your current status in more detail so we can guide you to the correct application you need to make and tailor our fees to accommodate you.

    • Disbursements

      • Please note that all our fees listed above do not include disbursement fees, which will need to be paid separately. At the time of instruction, please request the solicitor handling your case to provide you with a full list of disbursements along with their prices. Please note if VAT is applied to any disbursement it will be at the current rate of 20%.

    • Hourly Rates

      • All immigration cases are handled by a Solicitor or Partner. The hourly rate of our solicitors is £146 per hour plus VAT and for a partner it is £177 per hour plus VAT.

    • Timescale

      • Depending on your application, preparation on some cases can take up to 2 months to collate all documentation needed in support of your application. However, once you are in a positon to submit your application, we aim to complete the submission to the Home Office within 10 working days. We will let you know of any delays or if this is not possible for any reason.
      We cannot guarantee the time it will take the Home Office to return to us but our solicitors will provide you with any response time frame given by the Home Office in their guidelines.

      • All Fees are exclusive of VAT, which is applied at the current rate of 20%
